Marinated Tofu

1 block extra firm tofu, cut into small cubes
sesame seeds

1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. sweet chili paste
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar or juice of 1 lemon or 1 lime
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1-2 Tbsp. gluten free tamari

In a small bowl, combine marinade ingredients except water. Place cubed tofu into marinade. Add water until marinade covers most of the tofu. Marinate for 1 – 6 hours. Strain tofu and put on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a 375º F – 400º F oven for approximately 30 minutes. Turn tofu periodically to brown all sides. The tofu will be slightly crispy on the outside.
