This sauce is wonderful on salad rolls, salads, on rice noodles and to dip meats.
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup warm water
1-2 cloves garlic
juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 lime (or more if desired)
pinch of sea salt
1 tbsp tamari/soy sauce/coconut aminos
1 tsp grated ginger or 1/4-1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1/2-1 tsp Siracha or other hot sauce
Optional 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup/brown sugar
