1 English cucumber, sliced
3 carrots, grated
2 bunches of radishes, sliced
¼ cup onions, thinly sliced
3 tomatoes, thinly sliced
¼ tsp. garlic
1 Tbsp. fresh mint, chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice mixed with 2 tsp. flaxseed oil
Combine vegetables and toss with lemon and oil mixture.
