Gluten-Free Breadmaker Rice Bread

2 cups flour mix (see below)

3 Tbsp. sugar

2 tsp.  xanthan gum

1 cup milk, warmed until slightly warm

1 tsp. salt

1 ½ tsp. yeast

2  tbsp. oil (or use butter, just barely melted in microwave)

2 eggs

1 tsp. vinegar

 

Flour Mix:

2 cups white rice flour

⅔ cup potato starch (not potato flour)

⅓ cup tapioca flour

NOTE: Makes 3 cups. Use 2 cups in recipe above and keep 1 cup for flour substitute in other recipes.

 

Put these ingredients into your breadmaker in whatever order it requires them and bake like any other white loaf.
