3 1/3-3 ½ rice flour
1 ½ cups salt
6 tsp cream of tartar
3 cups water
3 tsp vegetable oil (not olive oil, makes it sticky)
Food colouring (liquid drops)
Mix ingredients in a saucepan. Cook and stir frequently on medium heat until it solidifies and can’t be stirred any further (if undercooked can get sticky). Cool until just warm, mix in food colouring drops, massage to spread colour evenly (or leave it marbled, it looks cool but will possibly stain hands of the first players). Don’t add colour until the end, only use traditional liquid food colouring drops.
