1 tbsp. sesame butter, also called tahini
1 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds, best if soaked for 8 hours in water
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, unhulled
1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut, shredded
Drain soaked pumpkin seeds. Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small ball and freeze until firm. Makes 1 bar. Increase ingredient quantity as required.
