Dairy Free Rice Pudding

3 cups cooked rice
3 cups rice milk
¼ cup raw sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
⅔ cup currants or raisins
2 Tbsp. butter or dairy free margarine

May add cinnamon if desired. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
