Bliss Balls (no sugar, no dairy, no eggs, no grain)

½ cup sesame seeds
⅓ cup honey
½ cup + 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tbs. tahini
⅛ teaspoon salt
½ cup shredded coconut plus additional for garnish
1 tsp vanilla extract

Grind the raw sunflower seeds into a rough powder in a blender. Combine all ingredients into a stiff and crumbly dough. Press into balls and roll in coconut.
