Strawberry Yogurt Freeze

1 cup fresh or frozen crushed strawberries

1 cup plain yogurt (non-fat)

½ cup sugar

½ tsp. vanilla extract

2 egg whites

sliced strawberries for garnish

Combine crushed strawberries, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff peeks form. Fold in crushed strawberry mixture. Spread evenly in non-stick 8×8 inch pan. Freeze until firm (approx. 4 hours). Spoon sliced strawberries over the top. To serve, cut into 2 inch squares (makes 4 servings.
