1 quart strawberries, hulled, cut in ½
1 kiwi, peeled, quartered
1 granny smith apple – coarsely chopped with 1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
1 handful green grapes, blueberries, or any other fruit you have.
Chop/grind with a food chopper. For dipping, Riceworks Baked Cinnamon Chips are great.
