Fruit Medley

1 small apple and 1 small pear, sliced

½ cup mixture of blueberries and strawberries

½ cup yogurt or alternative yogurt

1 Tbsp. chopped almonds, hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts or pumpkin seeds

Slice fruit and arrange in bowl. Cover with greek, coconut, almond or sheep yogurt and garnish with nuts.
