1 tsp. pure water
1 – ½ tsp. carob/cocoa powder
2 tsp. honey
1 large banana
¼ cup finely chopped almonds, walnuts, or roasted sesame seeds.
Blend water and carob powder to make a paste, and then stir in honey. Cut bananas into 8 pieces, about 1-inch lengths. Using a toothpick and spoon for easier handling, dip banana pieces into carob mixture, then roll in chopped nuts or sesame seeds. Place on a plastic-wrapped plate and freeze until firm. Wrap and store in the freezer. Serve frozen for a bite-sized pleasure.
