1 tsp. brown rice syrup, brown sugar, maple syrup or honey
1 apple, cored
cinnamon
walnuts or raisins (optional)
Peel and core the apple. Blend a few tablespoons of water with brown rice syrup; drizzle into and over the apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350º F. or until tender.
