Guacamole

2 small avocadoes (soft to touch)
1 – 2 cloves of garlic (depending on size of the cloves and your love for garlic, taste it before adding the second one)
juice of 1 lime (more if desired)
salt
dash of cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients together with a fork or a hand blender. Serve with veggies, crackers or nacho chips.
