1 salmon fillet per person
BBQ: Place skin side down on a piece of tin foil. Spread a layer of pesto about 1/2 inch thick on top of each fillet. Close the tin foil and place on grill. Cook for about 8 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
Oven: Place the salmon under the broiler, when almost cooked and starts to flake with a fork, cover with a thick layer of pesto. Broil for 5 more minutes.
