Ground almond breaded fish

Coat fish, chicken or turkey strips in ground almonds, salt and pepper.  Pan fry in a little olive oil or grease a foil lined baking sheet with olive oil and bake at 375, turning periodically until the fish is cooked.

To make the ground almonds stick more firmly, you could coat with tapioca starch or coconut flour first, then egg then ground nuts prior to cooking.
