Easy Fish with Salsa

1 block frozen whitefish e.g. Haddock, Pollock, Tilapia or use fresh fish

½ small jar salsa

Preheat oven to 350º F. Bake fish until cooked, it should flake easily with a fork.

NOTE: Frozen fish should be cooked for suggested time on package, 35 – 45 minutes is typical. Fresh fish will cook quicker, 15 – 30 minutes, depending on thickness of fillet
