Crockpot Chicken Wings

3 lbs. chicken drumlettes

salt & pepper to taste

½ tsp. minced garlic

2 Tbsp. ketchup

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 cup honey

½ cup soy sauce

Place the drumlettes in your slow cooker. Season with salt & pepper. In a medium bowl, combine the garlic, ketchup, oil, honey and soy sauce. Pour over the chicken. Cover and cook 6 – 8 hours on low, stirring to rearrange chicken in the sauce at least once. Makes 8 – 10 servings as an appetizer.
