High Protein Pancakes

Equal parts cottage cheese, eggs and oatmeal (gluten free oatmeal if following a gluten free diet).  Mix together with a pinch of salt in the blender.  Cook as you would any pancake batter, a bit of oil or butter in the pan, apply batter when pan is hot.  Flip when bubbly.  Cook a little more.
