Almond Flour Nut Pancakes

1 cup to 1 ½ cups almond flour (or favourite ground nuts)

¼ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp baking soda

3 large organic eggs

2 tbsp raw/unpasturized honey

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

½ cup finely chopped walnuts

Mix dry ingredients. Mix in wet ingredients. Combine thoroughly with whisk. It will thicken a bit if placed in the fridge. Spoon onto pancake griddle, wait for the little bubbles (check if they have been on the griddle a while without bubbles, they can brown without bubbling) then flip and cook another minute or so.
