Lentil Curry (Dahl)

1 cup lentils, soaked overnight and then drained

4 cups water

1 Tbsp. curry powder OR

¼ tsp. each: coriander, cayenne, ginger, cinnamon, turmeric and salt

Cook lentils until soft. Add seasonings. Cover and cook 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice.

Serves 4.
