Easy Bean Burrito

½ can low fat/fat-free refried beans

1 – 2 Tbsp. cheese (any type) (optional)

1 rice tortilla (gluten free)  or whole-wheat tortilla (not gluten free)

1 – 2 Tbsp. salsa

Sea salt, chili powder &/or garlic powder (optional) to taste

Heat up refried beans. Put in tortilla with salsa and cheese. Serve warm
